Transparent and Reasonable Attorney Fees

We appreciate that the idea of spending money on a lawyer is an added stressor in an already stressful situation.  Our goal is to offer excellent legal representation at rates that are right for the client and responsible to the needs of a case.

In an effort to eliminate fear of the unknown, we are absolutely transparent about our fees from the initial consultation.  And, we always put our fee agreements in writing – so that our clients know exactly what they can expect to be charged.

Responsible Fees

Our practice charges fees that are responsible to the needs of a case and the needs of a client.  We are also not a volume based law practice – meaning, we don’t charge incredibly low fees and make up for it by taking on incredibly large numbers of clients. If we agree to represent a client, we charge a fee that we feel is necessary for applying the time and attention to meeting the needs of a strong defense and the needs of a client.

Frankly, we are not the cheapest game in town – and that is okay with us! While we value anyone’s business, what we value more is ensuring that we can apply the necessary time and attention the needs of a client and their legal matter.  What sets us apart from many other lawyers, is the access our clients have to us.  If our client is worried, confused, or frustrated about their case, we gladly make ourselves available.

That being said, we also believe in making our services available to folks from all walks of life.  We alway welcome 30-minute free consultations.  And, if a potential client wants to hire us but has financial hurdles, we will try to find a way to make things work.
